#mylifeofease with Charlotte Townend

Charlotte Townend is a yoga teacher based in Battersea.

What does a life of ease mean to you?

Moving well, eating well and most importantly thinking well.

Where/when do you feel your happiest and most at ease?

I feel most at ease when I am hanging out with my baby girl Savannah or when I am either on my mat or running.

What is the biggest obstacle that stops you feeling at ease?

Stress and negative thinking (everyone's been there). It's so important to keep your mind strong and positive by going back to whatever makes you calm, happy and at ease - whether that be in the form of movement, a place or a person.

What does your perfect weekend look like?

My perfect weekend consists of walking round the sreets of London with my boyfriend and our baby. Going for a run and having some me time on the mat. Meeting our friends for food & cocktails - specifically Pisco sours.

What is at the top of your bucket list?

Hot air balloon ride above the temples in Bagan, Burma.

If you could go on an adventure anywhere in the world next week, where would it be?

It would need to be a baby friendly adventure so a luxury baby resort, far far away!

What’s the most important lesson you’ve learnt in life so far?

Your friends and family will always be there for you, more than you think.

Favourite local hang out?

Granger & Co for the Pea and Dill fritters.

What’s your favourite food?

Seabass in salt

Why did you choose your set in Sorbet?

I found it so hard to pick between Sorbet or Butter but Sorbet looked so great with my tan from my recent trip to Ibiza.
