What does a life of ease mean to you?

Living a life of ease is living without fear. This is in all areas, emotionally, mentally, spiritually and physically.

Where/when do you feel your happiest and most at ease?

I feel happiest when I am being present with my family and  friends. When I am not on my phone, ideally somewhere hot and sunny, undistracted and connecting with real people.

What is the biggest obstacle that stops you feeling at ease?

Fear and Guilt. I’m in my 30’s and still shaking off those teenage and early adult feelings that stop you from being you. If I think too much, for example, about what other people think, I can spiral and become anxious but if I learn how to deal with that emotion, I feel way more at ease!

What does your perfect weekend look like?

My perfect weekend consists of a fresh early start (it's only early starts when you have a 1 year old) cuddles in bed with my husband and son, getting straight out for a walk and some fresh air or doing some outdoor physical activity. Eating good food, either cooked at home or a great takeaway, films, and doing a lot of nothing at all. I have busy weeks most of the time so being able to slow down and just not make plans on the weekend are heaven.

What is at the top of your bucket list?

I think my main focus now is on the renovations to my new house and travelling.

If you could go on an adventure anywhere in the world next week, where would it be?

It’s would have to be Canada or New Zealand. I’m dying to get myself out there and into the wilderness!

What’s the most important lesson you’ve learnt in life so far?

That ‘this too shall pass’. Let go of the fear and just try to be the best version of you. It's still a work in progress and easier said than done, but I know that any bad and good feeling will pass; so be present and don’t sweat the small stuff.

Favourite local hang out?

I recently moved to Wiltshire after many years in London, so now my favourite local hangout is the AMAZING pub / fish restaurant near me – George and Dragon. If not hanging out there, you will probably see me in a middle of a meadow with my son.

What’s your favourite food?

My mum's Asian cooking.  Especially Filipino food - she cooks the best Chicken Adobo.

Why did you choose your set in Sorbet?

This colour just makes me feel happy. You know when you look at your reflection and you just feel happy and ‘cool’? Being a new mum and now being pregnant again, I hadnt felt that ‘cool’ in ages and was surprised that something non- maternity would fit so well and give me that  confidence!  I’m saving up for the 4 other colours to be honest!
