We offer free UK delivery for orders over £89. Orders under £89 will be charged at £4.99

Northern Ireland postage is charged at £5 due to the extra cost of shipping.

Orders over £90 are sent via UPS or ParcelForce. Orders under £90 are sent with Royal Mail. We aim to deliver your order within 3-5 business days. Your package will need to be signed for so please ensure there will be somebody home to receive it.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International postage is charged at £15 for EU and £30 for the rest of the world.

When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays. Any customs duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.

PRE-ORDER

A pre-order is an order placed for an item which has not yet arrived, however, an allocation for stock is available for purchase. It is the customers responsibility to read and understand these terms and conditions of the pre-order process. When you pre-order an item from Life of ease it is reserved exclusively for you. Your card is charged when the order is placed so your garment can be dispatched once available. We do our best to specify on the product page when a pre-order item will arrive but these dates are an estimation and the garment can sometimes become available before or after the advised date. If you have additional garments included in the order with your pre-order item, your full order will be sent after the arrival date of your pre-ordered item. It is advisable to order pre-order and in stock items separately.
